Job Summary:

This position is responsible for welcoming guests to the brewery and ensuring that they are seated and receive attentive service. The Greeter accurately maintains a waitlist and reservation list of patrons during busy meal service, passing out menus, and accepting phone calls.

Job Summary: This position is responsible for supporting the Servers/Bartenders by carrying food and beverages to designated tables, communicating with Servers/Bartenders to determine their needs, and helping to clear dirty dishes and trash from the table between courses.  The Food Runner also communicates with the Culinary Team regarding food orders, as needed.

Job Summary: This position is responsible for accurately preparing ingredients and stations used in the cooking process.  In addition, the Prep Cook maintains a clean/neat work environment, follows prep lists created by the Executive Chef, ensures all food items are properly stored and labeled.

Job Summary:

This position ensures that the kitchen has a steady supply of clean plates, bowls, silverware, pots, pans and glasses. Their duties include prioritizing loads of different types of crockery and kitchenware, loading the dishwasher and placing dishes to dry.

Job Summary: This position is responsible for accurately taking orders from guests, serving food and drinks, and ensuring that guests have a pleasant dining experience.  The Server should provide top-notch customer service and have the ability to multi-task and anticipate guests' needs.

Requirements:

-2 years of serving experience is required, preferably in a high volume and casual fine dining setting

-RAMP Server/Seller certification required

-Must be 18 years or older

Job Summary: This position plays a major role in a guest's dinner and/or bar experience. Consistency is a key element in a positive experience, which is achieved by always following procedures and recipes. A Bartender must be friendly, outgoing and possess good communication skills. A bartender should be organized and able to think and act quickly and effectively while retaining self-composure.

Experience:

-2 years of bartending experience is required, preferably in a high volume and casual fine dining setting

-RAMP Server/Seller certification required

-Must be 21 years or older

Job Summary:  This position is responsible for cooking food at a specific station, maintaining a clean/neat work environment and making sure the kitchen is stocked. The Line Cook works under the guidance of the Executive Chef to make each dish in a timely and accurate manner.
