FOOD RUNNER
Job Summary: This position is responsible for supporting the Servers/Bartenders by carrying food and beverages to designated tables, communicating with Servers/Bartenders to determine their needs, and helping to clear dirty dishes and trash from the table between courses. The Food Runner also communicates with the Culinary Team regarding food orders, as needed.
PREP COOK
SERVER
Job Summary: This position is responsible for accurately taking orders from guests, serving food and drinks, and ensuring that guests have a pleasant dining experience. The Server should provide top-notch customer service and have the ability to multi-task and anticipate guests' needs.
BARTENDER
Job Summary: This position plays a major role in a guest's dinner and/or bar experience. Consistency is a key element in a positive experience, which is achieved by always following procedures and recipes. A Bartender must be friendly, outgoing and possess good communication skills. A bartender should be organized and able to think and act quickly and effectively while retaining self-composure.
LINE COOK
Job Summary: This position is responsible for cooking food at a specific station, maintaining a clean/neat work environment and making sure the kitchen is stocked. The Line Cook works under the guidance of the Executive Chef to make each dish in a timely and accurate manner.
