A traditional German Hefeweizen brewed with German Pilsner Malt, German Wheat Malt, Flaked Wheat, German Hallertauer Mittelfrüeh hops. Aroma and flavor notes of freshly sliced bananas, cloves, lemon and orange peels (from the yeast character alone). Pröst!

Czech Pilsener - 5.0% ABV
2022 US Open Beer Championship Gold Medal Winner: Bohemian Pilsener Category!
This Czech style Pilsener is brewed with Prostejov Pilsen malt, Munich malt, a small amount of Dextrin malt and Saaz hops. Brewed in honor of our
co-founder's Great Grandfather, Karel Stochl.

Italian Pilsener - 5.0% ABV
Brewed with our friends from JoJo's Pizza, we brewed this beauty with Czech Saaz hops, German Mandarina Bavaria hops, and German Saphir hops. This brew is extremely crushable as a Pilsner should be but with added herbal, floral and citrus notes from the dry hop additions.

Fruited Imperial Wheat - 6.5% ABV

In honor of Peyton Walker and the Peyton Walker Foundation we bring you The Beat Goes On. This year’s edition is an imperial blueberry and blackberry Wheat Beer with oodles and oodles of various wheat malts and heaps of blueberries and blackberries to make the resulting beer purple, which was Peyton’s favorite color. Proceeds from this beer will be donated to the foundation to help their mission of regular heart screenings, increasing the amount of AEDs in public places and CPR/AED certifications.

Japanese Style Rice Lager - 5.0% ABV

Brewed with Original Wolfpack Alpha Member, Mike Peters, In honor of his father, Eric Peters, who passed away earlier this year - we bring you The Duke. This Japanese Style Rice Lager Was brewed with the finest German Pilsner Malt, Flaked Rice, Jasmine Rice, German Magnum hops and New Zealand Motueka hops. Delicate floral and citrus notes entice the senses with a very crisp, refreshing and clean finish. Let’s all raise a glass to The Duke!

German Märzen - 5.8% ABV
A traditional German Lager called a Märzen, brewed with various Germanic malts, Magnum and Hallertauer Mittlefrüeh hops. low bitterness and rich, toasty and bready malt flavors with a dry finish, enticing your palate for another swig. Pröst!

Foeder Aged Belgian Saison - 6.3% ABV
Brewed with California lemon peels, Organic Lemon Thyme, Lemon Drop hops and fermented in our wooden foeder fermentation vessel. Aroma and flavor notes of freshly cut lemons, orange rind, white pepper with plenty of bright and refreshing herbaceous vibes.

Irish Stout - 4.1% ABV - Served on Nitro
This dark Irish Stout is surprisingly light but full of flavor, with a dense creamy white head.

Imperial Sweet Stout - 8.0% ABV

Our beloved German Chocolate Cake Stout turned up a notch from 5.4% to 8%. While amping up the alcohol, we thickened the body to add even more creaminess to this beauty. This decadent, Imperial Sweet Stout is brewed with organic coconut, cacao nibs, vanilla and lactose with the chocolate malt adding a nutty flavor of pecans/walnuts. Prost!

Imperial Sweet Stout - 7.5% ABV

Our Into the Den Imperial Stout Base aged on top of maple syrup, cinnamon, chocolate, vanilla and coffee. Notes of maple syrup drizzled French toast, vanilla and mochaccino . Here is to the most important meal of the day! For a more unique experience, please ask your bartender for “Dado Style” where we smoke the glass with applewood prior to pouring the beer in the glass….there is your bacon!

American Brown Ale - 5.0% ABV
Our American Brown Ale brewed exclusively with local cascade hops. This brew has a blend of various caramel malts, honey malt, Munich malt and brown malt. The cascade hops add a balanced bitterness with delicate notes of grapefruit, resin, and pine - while colliding with malt flavors of dark caramel, chocolate toffee and King's Hawaiian rolls.

American Pale Ale - 6.0% ABV
New and improved with a lighter color and more flavor! This crisp and crushable pale ale was brewed with Pilsner malt, malted oats and raw wheat, hopped with Magnum, Citra, and Simcoe. Aroma and flavor notes of fresh cut citrus, candied papaya, mango, pineapple and pine. Welcome to the neighborhood!

American IPA - 6.7% ABV
Our head brewer, Derek had a nickname growing up that all started from Tom Kampel of Kampel Enterprises (Kampel Enterprises made and donated our front Wolf Sign, Copper Wolf Head, Bathroom signs, tap handles and kitchen expo line). Tom called Derek, D-Dub’ya and eventually just Dub. Dub’s IPA has a simple grain bill of American 2-Row Barley, with small amounts of crystal and dextrin malts. Hopped with Magnum hops, Pacific Northwest Citra Lupomax and Simcoe hops. notes of citrus, tropical fruit and pine.

Hazy IPA - 6.5% ABV
A part of our New Beginnings series where we experiment with new ideas, techniques and ingredients. New Beginnings #22 is a Hazy IPA where we focused on a very fast turn around of 8 days grain to glass as well as a hefty creamy malt base with heaps of raw wheat and flaked oats to handle the HUGE hop charge of over 7 pounds per barrel of Elani, Citra and Galaxy. Expect aromas and flavors of freshly squeezed grapefruit, tangy passionfruit, key lime zest and mango sherbet with a balanced herbaceous and citrus pith finish.

A collab with Pizza Boy Brewing
We joined forces with our good friends at Pizza Boy Brewing to brew an easy drinking, silky and smooth Double IPA with New Zealand Nectaron Hops and Peach Purée. Delicate notes of pine and peaches hit the nostrils enticing your first sip. The jammy peach and pine follow suit in the flavor with a velvety body hiding the 8.3% beautifully and a well balanced bitterness to increase the drinkability. Look out, here comes the Pizza Wolf! 🐺 🍕

Double IPA - 8.2% ABV
Our flagship Double IPA. The beer that started it all. After falling 30+ feet off a railroad track in 2013, breaking 25 bones and collapsing a lung this recipe was developed while in the hospital and is one of our most award winning beers. Our tap handle was created with the plate and screws that was once stabilizing Derek’s leg. This is a constant reminder to always keep your faith strong, your family and friends close, to live everyday to the fullest, and to live your passion! This East Coast/West Double IPA was brewed with the almighty Simcoe, Citra and our absolutely favorite hop from Australia - Vic Secret. Huge aromas of pineapple, mango, peach and grapefruit and pine leading to soft, palate coating flavors of intense citrus, peach rings, papaya, and pineapple with lingering notes of pine and grass combining with a balanced crackery malt sweetness. Cheers!

Hazy Quadruple IPA - 12.0% ABV

The Leap of Faith is a Quandruple IPA that is only made every 4 years. This 12% monster is brewed with a mountain of malted oats and raw wheat with a hefty dose of Citra Lupomax in the whirlpool followed by more Citra, Vic Secret, and Nelson Sauvin hops in the dry hop. To top it all off with some of our favorite Riwaka, in Freestyle hop’s HopKief Oil for a flowery, piney and citrus explosion. Pouring a milky golden rod color, this brew packs a mouthful of hops with aromas and flavor notes of mouth puckering kumquats, juicy grapefruit, candied mango, freshly crushed gooseberries, boozy limoncello and pine sap.

Fruited Gose - 4.5% ABV

Inspired by and created for my beautiful wife, Elaine Wolf and our newest addition to the Wolfpack, Ashlyn Virginia Wolf. Elaine’s favorite summertime dessert is key lime pie so it was only fitting to make a refreshing salty sour wheat beer with all the flavors and aromas of key lime pie. This refreshing delight begins with a punch of key lime on the palate with mild salinity followed by Tahitian vanilla bean which also gives marshmallow notes, Saigon cinnamon and graham cracker to round out the pie crust experience. Like a slice of key lime pie in a glass!

Heavily Fruited Sour - 8.1% ABV
A part of our Sorbet Series - A dessert sour ale that starts with a blend of 2Row, golden naked oats and torrified wheat. The wort goes through a 2 day kettle souring process with our favorite probiotic drink, which is then boiled with brown sugar to give that pie crust essence and fermented clean. We then age this decadent sour ale on over 1,140 pounds of blueberries and a tad bit of vanilla and marshmallow to make the blueberries pop while adding a smooth whipped cream finish. Like a slice of Blueberry Pie in a glass!

Heavily Fruited Sour - 8.7% ABV
A part of our Sorbet Series - A dessert sour ale brewed with a blend of 2Row, golden naked oats and torrified wheat. The wort goes through a 2 day kettle souring process, then boiled and fermented clean. We then age this sour beauty on 352LBS of blackberries, 352lBS of blueberries, 270LBS strawberries, 270lbs of raspberries and Marshmallow fluff.

Seasonal Pumpkin Ale - 7.1% ABV - Served on Nitro
It's that time of year where the leaves are changing, cooler mornings/evenings, farmers are harvesting their crops and pumpkin patches have matured and are ready for picking. Our Pumpkin Head Ale starts with pureed pumpkins in the mash and kettle along with an organic blend of ginger, clove, nutmeg and cinnamon. Additional spices including vanilla are added to invoke that whipped cream garnish that pumpkin pie is famous for. We then slightly carbonate and put onto our nitro draft system. This is where the nitro brings the Pumpkin Head Ale to life. It's like liquid pumpkin pie in a glass!

Ukrainian Golden Ale - 6.5% ABV

A Ukrainian Golden Ale inspired by the popular dessert, Yabluchnyk. This apple cake inspired beer starts off with heaps of pale malt, unmalted wheat, malted oats, honey malt and dextrin malt. Lightly hopped to add a balanced bitterness but allowing the sweet apple cake to shine. This brew was re-fermented on top of Saigon Cinnamon and over 500 pounds of NY apple purée. Expect aromas and flavors of apple crumb cake, apple cider and cinnamon with a refreshing and decadent finish. As always, Gluten Reduced to 20ppm or less. Cheers!

Hard Seltzer - 6.5% ABV

A part of our Wolf Paws Hard Seltzer Series. This rendition celebrates the bright and refreshing raspberry lemonade! Brewed with Corn Sugar, Raspberries, and lemons. Aromas and flavors of freshly picked raspberries and freshly cut lemons. There is over 2.5 pounds of raspberries and lemons per gallon of seltzer!
