We welcome you and your guests to our brewpub to celebrate the special moments in your life.  We offer two unique event spaces - our Lounge or our Covered Patio.

All special events of 20 people or more are to be scheduled at least three weeks in advance and booked during normal business hours (Monday: Closed, Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday: 3pm to 9pm, Friday/Saturday: 11am to 10pm, Sunday: 11am to 8pm). Wolf Brewing Co. will provide the appropriate number of tables, chairs, plates, utensils, and staff for the event. Any additional tables, chairs, event supplies, signage or decorations are the responsibility of the client. Any additional staff required by the client will be charged at a negotiable rate. Wolf Brewing Co. staff will be dressed in the standard Wolf Brewing Co. uniform, consisting of black or denim pants and a Wolf Brewing Co. shirt. No outside food or beverages are permitted on Wolf Brewing Co. property. Wolf Brewing Co. reserves the right to remove guests who are acting in an inappropriate manner.


To rent an event space, the following non-refundable room rental fee must be paid in full upon booking your event. This rental fee covers the planning and staffing required for the event, in addition to altering our daily business operations. If circumstances require you to cancel your event, the rental fee will not be refunded. In addition to the rental fee, we also require a minimum spending amount depending on the space reserved. The total tab for guests using the space must meet the minimum spending requirement, or quests will be charged for the difference. A set gratuity of 20% will be automatically added to the total bill for the staff assigned to serve your guests.


Below is a chart listing each room/space's maximum occupancy, reservation fee and minimum spending requirement.



Book your private event on a Tuesday or Wednesday and the Room Rental Fee will be $250 (regularly priced at $500).

*In the event of inclement weather (ex: horizontal rain), your guests may get wet if renting the Covered Patio. We cannot guarantee a backup space (ex: the Private Lounge), as any potential backup space may already be utilized for our standard operations.



The final number of guests and menu selections are due by 5pm one week prior to the special event date. If the final guest count is not provided by the deadline, we will consider the original number given to be the correct and guaranteed number of guests. It is imperative that the event host abides by the maximum occupancy of the desired event space, as we are not able to go over the maximum occupancy, due to fire code. 



All guests consuming alcohol will be required to provide a valid form of government issued photo identification. Any guests who are under the age of 21 must not consume alcoholic beverages and must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Outside drinks/alcohol are strictly prohibited.



Guests will have the use of the designated event space for a timeframe of three hours. If the event exceeds the proposed timeframe of three hours, the guest will be charged $200 per additional hour.



If unforeseen circumstances require you to cancel your event, please inform Wolf Brewing Co. Management immediately. If two weeks notice is provided, the reservation fee will be refunded. If your event is cancelled within two weeks of your event date, the reservation fee will not be refunded. In the event of a weather emergency - if your event is rescheduled to another date, there will be no penalty. If the event is not rescheduled, there will be no refund of the reservation fee.



Our Covered Patio and our Private Lounge both have one 55-inch Samsung Frame TV for guests to use to display their audio/video presentations. It is the responsibility of the guest to bring the necessary wiring/devices to utilize the Frame TV's for any audio/video presentations. If you plan on utilizing a Frame TV for an audio/visual presentation, please notify a Wolf Brewing Co. representative at least 48 hours in advance to ensure we can accommodate your presentation needs.



Guests are welcome to bring their own decorations (flowers vases, tablecloths, balloons, etc.) to decorate the space. Decorations cannot be pinned or nailed to the walls, doors or mantles. Guests will incur additional charges for any damage to Wolf Brewing Co. property. Guests can setup pre-assembled decorations for their event 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start time of the event.


Event hosts/organizers are welcome to source outside entertainment (example: live music, DJ, karaoke, comedian, trivia, etc) for their private event.  All entertainment/acts from an outside source (that is not employed by or affiliated with Wolf Brewing Company) must be approved to attend/participate in the event by Wolf Brewing Company Management, to ensure that the entertainment will not interfere with Wolf Brewing Company operations or other guests who are not attending the private event.  Any equipment required for outside entertainment (ex: speakers, sound systems, microphones, lighting, etc.) are the responsibility of the event host or entertainer to provide for the event.  Payment for outside entertainment should be agreed upon and take place between the entertainer and the event host - Wolf Brewing Company is not involved with managing the payment terms for entertainment from an outside source.


Our distinctive food menu utilizes the finest and freshest local ingredients - inspired by the changing seasons and driven by the imaginations of our culinary team. As a result, our food menu changes every 2 to 3 months. Our dishes, sauces and dressings are made from scratch.


Parties of less than 20 guests can select a limited menu that is set to a limited amount of main course items (from our standard food menu) for guests to choose from. If opting for a limited menu, the price would reflect the standard menu price per dish.  A custom menu showing the menu items available will be printed and placed at each place setting.


Parties of 20 or more guests can opt for a buffet with stations of their choosing. Below is the cost per person or per piece for various buffet selections.


Beer, wine, cider, cocktails and non alcoholic drinks are priced at the standard menu price.

Buffet Station Options listed below are based on a maximum of 2 hours of consumption with a minimum of 20 guests or pieces.  All selections are subject to 6% Pennsylvania Sales Tax and 20% Gratuity.

Please note: Our Covered Patio is wrapped and heated during colder months (from approximately October through April).  During warmer months the Covered Patio is not wrapped.  In the event of inclement weather, we cannot guarantee a backup space inside (example: The Lounge), as any potential backup space may already be utilized for our standard operations.
