PRIVATE EVENTS POLICY
SETUP
All special events of 20 people or more are to be scheduled at least three weeks in advance and booked during normal business hours (Monday/Tuesday: Closed, Wednesday/Thursday: 3pm to 9pm, Friday/Saturday: 11am to 10pm, Sunday – 11am to 8pm). Wolf Brewing Co. will provide the appropriate number of tables, chairs, plates, utensils, and staff for the event. Any additional tables, chairs, event supplies, signage or decorations are the responsibility of the client. Any additional staff required by the client will be charged at a negotiable rate. Wolf Brewing Co. staff will be dressed in the standard Wolf Brewing Co. uniform, consisting of black or denim pants and a Wolf Brewing Co. shirt. No outside food or beverages are permitted on Wolf Brewing Co. property. Wolf Brewing Co. reserves the right to remove guests who are acting in an inappropriate manner.
RESERVATION FEE & MINIMUM SPENDING REQUIREMENT
To reserve an event space, the following non-refundable reservation fees must be paid in full upon booking your event. This reservation fee covers the planning and staffing required for the event, in addition to altering our daily business operations. If circumstances require you to cancel your event, the reservation fee will not be refunded. In addition to the reservation fee, we also require a minimum spending amount depending on the space reserved. The total tab for guests using the space must meet the minimum spending requirement, or guests will be charged for the difference. A set gratuity of 20% will be automatically added to the total bill for the staff assigned to serve your guests.

NEW FOR 2023:
We are now offering 50% off the Room Rental Fee and Minimum Spending Requirement for WEDNESDAYS ONLY. Book your private event on a Wednesday and the Room Rental Fee will be $250 and the Minimum Spending Requirement will be $500 (not including the Room Rental Fee).
