PRIVATE EVENTS/ROOM RENTALS


We welcome you and your guests to our brewpub to celebrate the special moments in your life.  We offer two unique event spaces - our Private Lounge and our Covered Patio.


PLEASE NOTE: DUE TO HIGH DEMAND FOR SEATING DURING PEAK DAYS/HOURS, WE DO NOT HOST PRIVATE EVENTS/ROOM RENTALS ON THURSDAYS, FRIDAYS OR SATURDAYS.

PRIVATE EVENTS POLICY


SETUP


All special events of 20 people or more are to be scheduled at least three weeks in advance and booked during normal business hours (Monday/Tuesday: Closed, Wednesday/Thursday: 3pm to 9pm, Friday/Saturday: 11am to 10pm, Sunday – 11am to 9pm). Wolf Brewing Co. will provide the appropriate number of tables, chairs, plates, utensils, and staff for the event. Any additional tables, chairs, event supplies, signage or decorations are the responsibility of the client. Any additional staff required by the client will be charged at a negotiable rate. Wolf Brewing Co. staff will be dressed in the standard Wolf Brewing Co. uniform, consisting of black or denim pants and a Wolf Brewing Co. shirt. No outside food or beverages are permitted on Wolf Brewing Co. property. Wolf Brewing Co. reserves the right to remove guests who are acting in an inappropriate manner.


RESERVATION FEE & MINIMUM SPENDING REQUIREMENT


To reserve an event space, the following non-refundable reservation fees must be paid in full upon booking your event. This reservation fee covers the planning and staffing required for the event, in addition to altering our daily business operations. If circumstances require you to cancel your event, the reservation fee will not be refunded. In addition to the reservation fee, we also require a minimum spending amount depending on the space reserved. The tab for guests using the space must meet the minimum spending requirement, or guests will be charged for the difference. A set gratuity of 18% will be automatically added to the total bill for the staff assigned to serve your guests.

SPECIAL EVENT MENU


Parties of 20 or less who are planning a special event can choose food items from our standard menu, or from our special events menu.


Parties of 21 or more are able to choose menu items from our Special Event Menu, which better accommodates larger parties.


Below is an example of our Special Event Food Menu options (prices will vary depending on the total number of guests in your party):

  • Artisanal Cheese Tray
  • Vegetable Tray with house made Ranch and Italian dipping sauces
  • Pierogies with dipping sauces (Smokey BBQ, Sweet Heat and Hot Sauce)
  • Beer Cheese with Pretzel Logs
  • Hummus with Crostini
  • Flatbreads (ex: Margherita)
  • Hand Helds (ex: House Burger, Chicken & Waffle Sandwich, etc.)

NUMBER OF GUESTS


The final number of guests and menu selections are due by 5pm one week prior to the special event date. If the final guest count is not provided by the deadline, we will consider the original number given to be the correct and guaranteed number of guests.


CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOL


All guests consuming alcohol will be required to provide a valid form of government issued photo identification. Any guests who are under the age of 21 must not consume alcoholic beverages and must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Outside drinks/alcohol are strictly prohibited.


EVENT TIMEFRAME


Guests will have the use of the designated event space for a timeframe of three hours. If the event exceeds the proposed timeframe of three hours, the guest will be charged $200 per additional hour.


CANCELLATION POLICY


If unforeseen circumstances require you to cancel your event, please inform Wolf Brewing Co. Management immediately. If two weeks notice is provided, the reservation fee will be refunded. If your event is cancelled within two weeks of your event date, the reservation fee will not be refunded.  In the event of a weather emergency – if your event is rescheduled to another date, there will be no penalty. If the event is not rescheduled, there will be no refund of the reservation fee.


AUDIO/VIDEO PRESENTATIONS


Our Covered Patio and our Private Lounge both have one 55-inch Samsung Frame TV for guests to use to display their audio/video presentations. It is the responsibility of the guest to bring the necessary wiring/devices to utilize the Frame TV’s. If you plan on utilizing a Frame TV for an audio/visual presentation, please notify a Wolf Brewing Co. representative 48 hours in advance to ensure we can accommodate your presentation needs.


DECORATIONS


Guests are welcome to bring their own decorations (flowers vases, tablecloths, balloons, etc.) to decorate the space. Decorations cannot be pinned or nailed to the walls, doors or mantles. Guests will incur additional charges for any damage to Wolf Brewing Co. property.
